2005-07-23 Different ethnic background youth receive free dance class during their vacations. KOA Dance Federation (Jean Choi) offers free dance classes from July to August 19th, every Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 at Queen Anne Recreation Center, 1240 West Blvd. Los Angeles).
