Jean Ballet School   – Policy –

 

1.모든 수업료는 3개월씩 등록을 받으며 지정된 날짜에 납부하여 주시고 반환은 안됩니다.

  1. There is an initial registration fee of $30. (Ballet school bag, folder, )처음 입학 시 등록비 $30 이 있습니다. (무용가방 홀더제공) 크레딧 카드 결제시 2% 뱅크카드 비용이 있습니다.
  2. 모든 한달 레슨은 4주를 원칙으로 합니다.
  3. 개인 사정으로 결석 할 경우 보충 수업은 등록기간에서만 가능하며 통보없이 2번을 결석 할경우 꿈나무 인재양성 프로그램에 참여 할 수 없습니다.
  4. 수표가 return될 경우 $30 부과됩니다.
  5. 수업 시간과 요일, 선생님은 사정에 따라 조정될 수도 있습니다.
  6. 발레 수업 시 발레 복과 발레신발을 착용하며 수업시작 10분이 지나 늦게오면 그 수업에 참여를 못합니다.
  7. 학생은 수업동안 규칙을 어길 경우 수업에 참여를 못합니다.
  8. 수업시간에는 핸드폰 사용을 금합니다.
  9. 위급 시 부모님과 연락이 되지 않을 때는 저희 스쿨에서 직접 병원으로 데려갈 수 있도록 준비된 서류에 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
  10. 본인 부주의로 부상을 당할 경우 학원에서는책임을 질 수 없습니다.
  11. 학원에 비싼 물건은 가져오지 마시고 분실 시 책임을 질 수 없습니다.
  12. 수업이 진행되는 동안 학부모님은 스트디오 B홀에서 기다리십니다.
  13. 여러 가지 사정으로 결석하거나 그만둘 경우에는 반드시 미리 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.
  14. 다음의 경우엔 본인과 다른 학생을 위하여 쉬어야 합니다. (열 심한 감기, 수두 및 전염병이 있는 눈병이나 피부병,설사, 구토 등, 수업을 지속 할 수 없는 상태)

 

  1. 코로나 19의 국제적 질병 위험을 알고 있으며 감염시 진발레스쿨에서는 이에 대한 소송 보상및 법적 책임이 없다는 것을 본인은 알고 있습니다.
  2. 다음 공휴일은 쉽니다.

  New Years Day (신년 1월1일) Memorial day (3rd Mon.in Feb) Independence Day (July 4th). Thanksgiving Day ( 4th Thur.& in Nov). Christmas Day ( De.24&25)

 

모든 내용을 동의하시면 등록서류에  본인 or 부모님 ( 미성년일경우) 싸인을 해주시기 바랍니다.

Ballerina Program – Policy –

 

  1. All tuition fees are paid for in three month periods, is non-refundable, and paid on the designated date.
  2. There is an initial registration fee of $30. (Ballet school bag, folder)
  3. Every one month of lessons is a 4 month period.
  4. If for any personal reasons the student misses class two or more times during the duration of the program, he/she will no longer be able to participate.
  5. If a check bounces, there will be a fee of $25.
  6. Class schedule is subject to change, given with notice.
  7. If the student does not have ballet tights, ballet shoes, or ballet leotard, he/she can not participate in class that day. If the student is late to class, he/she can not participate in class that day. Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
  8. If the student has bad behavior or does not follow the policy, he/she can not participate in class that day.
  9. Cell phone use is prohibited during class.
  10. In case of emergency and we are unable to contact the parent or guardian, we will take the student directly to the hospital. Please make sure all contact information is accurate. By signing this policy form, the parent/guardian is agreeing to allow Jean Ballet School to take the student to the hospital.
  11. Injuries caused by carelessness is not the responsibility of the dance school.
  12. Please do not bring valuables to the dance school. We will not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  13. Parents are to wait in Studio B during class.
  14. Please notify the dance school in advance if the student is no longer able to attend class for any reason.
  15. For the safety of the affected individual and peers, please do not attend class in the following instances: severe fever, a cold, pink eye, skin rash, or any other illness that inhibits participation in class. 
  16. The following holidays are observed: New Years Day (January 1), Memorial Day (3rd February in February), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November), Christmas Day (December 24 & 25)
